Is the on-line payment method secure?

Will I get a receipt on payment?

Yes, Paypal will give you an instant receipt on payment and you will also be able to print an invoice from your 'My Account' area.

Is the personal information I register on this site confidential?

Yes. Any information that is given to AnDphotos.com will never be given to any third party.

What can I do with or how can I use the images I download?

Images can be used for editorial, advertising, broadcasting, etc. and can be manipulated to suit your purpose (some restrictions apply). For full details please read our licence agreement .

Can I get model and location releases for the images I want?

Model releases for the images will be made available on request only.

Do I own the images once I have paid for them?

All images and copyright remains the property of AnDphotos.com. What you have purchased is the right to reproduce the images.

How soon after payment can I download the images I want?

Your images will be available for download just as soon as the payment process is complete. Just return to your 'My Account' area to download.

How long can I wait before downloading my images?

Your images will be available for download for a minimum of 30 days after your purchase. If you need an extension on that please let us know.

What is a lightbox and how does it work?

A lightbox is your personal collection of images, automatically created when you choose your first image. Choosing images could not be simpler, just tick the box beneath the images you like.

Can I send my lightbox to someone else?

Yes, please do. Get preliminary feedback from your colleagues. You can send complete lightboxes from your lightbox page or individual images by clicking on 'Send to a Friend' on the preview page.

Will the lightbox I create be available to me next time I visit?

Yes, it will. As long as your computer allows cookies and you are accessing the site using the same computer. It will remain available for 60 days from your last visit.

Can I access my account any time?

Yes, you can. You can change your details, download any images recently purchased and print out invoices anytime you want.

How do I search for the images I want to see?

Wherever you see a search box, (always at the top of every page) type in the subject you want to see. If you have too many results use more than one word to narrow your search. For example, 'monkey climbing tree' or 'red sunset'.

My search is returning no results, what am I doing wrong?

If you have used the plural and got no results try the singular. Do not use words such as 'and, of, the, for, with, a, by, or, on. Don't put in any unnecessary words and try alternative spellings. For more information see our ADVANCED SEARCH & TIPS page.

Can I search for a specific animal or plant?

Yes, you can. Be as specific as you like. Search by common name, family name, genus, or species.
